Mahamakut Buddhist University Isan Campus

Mahamakut Buddhist University Isan Campus has administered a higher education on a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Bachelor of Political Science (B.Pol.) Bachelor of Social Work (B.S.W.) and Master of Arts (M.A.) (Monday-Friday) for both normal and special class sessions in academic year 2013 (Saturday-Sunday)

 


History

By approval of Mahamakut Buddhist University Council, the first education center of MBU has been established in the northeastern region in Khonkaen province and initially called the Education Center of Mahamakut Buddhist University Isan Campus and located at Wat Sri Chan (Royal Temple) Muang Khonkaen on December 18, 1990

 

in 1997, His Majesty the king gave a royal assent of the foundation of Mahamakut Buddhist University and recongnized it as a government university. It is under supervision of the Ministry of Education, and it is newly named Mahamakut Buddhist University Isan Campus, Muang Khonkaen, Khonkaen province.
